Krish brings more than 20 years of successful leadership and innovation to BlueJeans Network. Krish has been founder and CEO of several successful startup ventures, including Topspin, a datacenter virtualization player (acquired by Cisco in 2005) and Internet Junction (acquired by Cisco in 1995). Prior to BlueJeans, Krish was Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) at Accel Partners, where he explored HD video technologies including the current idea behind BlueJeans and the GM for the Server Virtualization business unit at Cisco Systems, responsible for architecting Cisco's datacenter and desktop virtualization solutions.

Mike is an industry veteran with over two decades of sales, marketing, customer care, and business development experience. He has a demonstrated track record of driving results, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and preparing companies for meteoric growth. Most recently, Mike was CEO of PunchTab, which was acquired by Walmart in September 2015. Prior to that, he was instrumental in growing Citrix Systems’ GoTo product line, including GoToMeeting. Under Mike’s leadership, Citrix focused on delivering great customer value and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) revenues grew from $40 million to over $500 million.

Co-Founder and CTO

Alagu has over 20 years of research, product development, and strategy experience bringing innovative networking and video products to market. Prior to founding BlueJeans, he was Chief Technology Officer at Blue Coat Systems, leading its entry into the WAN optimization market. Prior to Blue Coat, Alagu worked at Entera, an Internet content delivery startup, where he built an R&D team to deliver streaming video caching products for the Content Delivery Network (CDN) market and he spent eight years at Apple in various R&D roles in networking and video over networks.

Robert Park

CFO

Robert Park brings more than 20 years of business and financial leadership experience. He joins Blue Jeans from Practice Fusion, the #1 cloud-based electronic medical record and healthcare platform for physicians and patients, where he served as chief financial officer. Prior to Practice Fusion, he held financial leadership roles at Chegg, helping lead the company through its initial public offering, PayPal, helping lead its hyper growth transition from eBay marketplaces payments to merchant services and international expansion, McKesson Corporation, and Ernst & Young.

Lori Wright

CMO

Lori brings over 18 years of leadership experience to BlueJeans across marketing, e-commerce, and business operations roles. She has a demonstrated track record of bringing new products to market and delivering growth. Most recently, she was Chief Marketing Officer of TIBCO Software. Prior to that, she served as the vice president of Global E-commerce Sales for Norton and Symantec products, where she was responsible for marketing and selling nearly $2B in consumer and business products online. Lori joined Symantec through the acquisition of VERITAS Software, where she led global marketing campaigns for the company.

Shadi Baqleh

SVP of Sales

Shadi brings over 15 years of SaaS and collaboration experience to the BlueJeans Team. As VP of Sales for BlueJeans Network, he is responsible for all sales and customer acquisition activities. Prior to BlueJeans, Shadi ran a Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales Team within the UC Group at Cisco WebEx. Shadi was part of the original WebEx team acquired by Cisco in 2007. At WebEx, Shadi built and ran WebEx’s Advanced Services Sales Team and 3rd Party Connect Applications Sales Groups. Prior to WebEx, Shadi served as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America working within the Premier Banking Group.

Ted Tracy

VP of Engineering

Ted has over 25 years experience developing industry-leading communications software. Prior to BlueJeans, he was founder and GM of the Cisco TelePresence Exchange Business Unit (TXBU), where he developed video technologies used in Cisco's SP-grade B2B Exchange offering and created a highly Agile development process used to deliver TelePresence to the market through a SaaS business model. Prior to Cisco, Ted was a founding member of three communications start-up companies, two of which became very successful public companies. Most recently, Ted was a founder and VPE for Latitude Communications, receiving multiple patents for the MeetingPlace product line that featured voice, web and video conferencing applications for the enterprise.

James Campanini

VP & GM - EMEA

James joins BlueJeans Network with over 22 years networking experience and is responsible for continuing the growth of BlueJeans throughout the EMEA region. Prior to BlueJeans, James spent 17 years at Cisco Systems where he held various Senior Sales and Partner Management positions and was Managing Director for the WebEx business in EMEA and LATAM for three years. He was successful in driving the WebEx SaaS growth and developing a strong partner-led strategy. Most recently James was responsible for Cloud Strategy and Sales across Cisco EMEA, developing the ecosystem, programs and GTM for cloud services across the region.

VP of Global Customer Success

Michael is a successful senior executive with over 25 years of demonstrated leadership and achievement building high-growth SaaS businesses in General Management, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing roles. Prior to joining BlueJeans, he was the CEO of Preact, a leading Customer Success software provider, and the VP of Customer Success, eCommerce, and Marketing at edtech leader Rafter, a SaaS platform that revolutionized the textbook business for colleges. Previously, Michael was the VP of Marketing and Business Operations at Yahoo! in the Connected Life group (Mobile and Broadband), as well as the President and COO of Tonic, a curated news media site.
