BlueJeans Scheduler for Mac

Compatible with both iCal and Outlook, the BlueJeans Scheduler for Mac gives you one-click entry to upcoming meetings, lets you schedule future meetings and invite participants, and even start an instant meeting for ad hoc collaboration.

With the BlueJeans Scheduler for Mac, you can:

Schedule BlueJeans meetings right from your Chrome browser window or within Google Calendar. The Chrome Extension installs a button on your browser window that enables you to start or schedule meetings with the click of a button. Within Google Calendar, you can “Add a BlueJeans Meeting” and the BlueJeans meeting information will populate into the meeting description.

Safari Browser Extension

With Google Calendar integration

Schedule BlueJeans meetings right from your Safari browser window or within Google Calendar. The Safari Extension installs a button on your browser window that enables you to start or schedule meetings with the click of a button. Within Google Calendar, you can “Add a BlueJeans Meeting” and the BlueJeans meeting information will populate into the meeting description.

BlueJeans Relay

BlueJeans Relay is a software solution that integrates customer-premise components and applications with the BlueJeans cloud. Relay Touch, the first solution powered by BlueJeans Relay, brings touch-to-join simplicity to most H.323- and SIP-based conference room systems. Relay Touch is free for current BlueJeans customers.

Requirements: BlueJeans Relay download package (software and documentation), provisioned account, on-premise server, calendar service (Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, or Google Calendar), Android tablet (4.2 and later) for each configured conference room, Relay Touch app. Please refer to the Getting Started guide for setup instructions.
