What contract length options are available?
You could choose a 12-month commitment with monthly billing, or a 12-month contract term with prepay to get 10% off. Displayed prices are for the prepay option.
How are minutes calculated?
Minutes are calculated based on the total number of participant minutes (including you) used in a given meeting. 4 people connected to a meeting for 1 hour will use 240 minutes of service (4 people x 60 minutes = 240 minutes).
How would I deploy/use a Business Unlimited plan?
Our Business Unlimited plan is a flexible solution that can be tied to a user or to a conference room system. When tied to a conference room system, organizations turn their existing video system into the host, supporting up to 25 participants.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Volume discounts are available for our Business and Enterprise plans. Contact our sales team to learn more about the benefits of volume purchasing.
Do you have an option for small business owners?
Our Individual Unlimited plan lets you start hosting multiparty meetings from anywhere for up to 3 participants. If you need the flexibility to meet with more than 3 participants, the Business Unlimited plan offers you the most value for your money.
