Sales Account Manager

Blue Jeans Network is adding several Sales Reps to our team in Mountain View, California. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this person will be responsible for driving the sales process from lead gen to sales close and contributing to overall advancement of corporate sales goals. The right candidate will be an energetic person with passion and innate drive to excel at any task. He/she will have 3-5 years of sales experience in the software industry. As is typical with start-ups, this role goes beyond a traditional function – the person must have ability to act independently in an unstructured environment, operate proactively and have a passion/appreciation for the vision and mission of the company. The role includes the following:

Role & Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential
• Contact prospects and customers through, but not limited to, video calls, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars
• Execute a sales process from discovery, solution, pricing, negotiation, and close
• Drive relevancy and alignment with C-Level Executives
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, product management and engineering to facilitate new programs, campaigns and offerings

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience required
• Highly Motivated; Can work in a rapidly growing company and industry
• Listens to customers; Tailors messages to customers based on their needs
• Aggressively hunts for new sales opportunities and follows up professionally on leads.
• Ability to communicate value of Blue Jeans’ service in a clear and succinct manner
• Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently
• Passion to be on a team with the vision to radically change the way we communicate and connect
• BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
