Marketing Programs Manager
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in demand generation or marketing program management with a demonstrated success in designing and delivering cost effective demand generation programs that support direct and indirect sales organizations. This includes online and offline programs such as email marketing, video meetings, customer events, advertising and other communication programs targeted toward Blue Jeans’ prospects, partners and customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive execution of integrated marketing programs, including email programs, video meetings, online marketing, conferences, executive events, offline brand awareness campaigns and more. Recommend new programs to cost-effectively generate new leads
- Manage integrated program strategy that includes project plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, and contracts
- Work closely with sales to qualify and nurture leads to effectively build pipeline activity
- Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps.
- Develop and implement lead generation processes in consultation with the sales organization as well as the measurement/metrics for evaluating the results
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing program management
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering cost effective demand generation programs to support direct and indirect sales organizations
- Knowledge of key marketing principles and the creative development and execution process; experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns, content development and social media programs
- Proven ability to take initiative, meet tight deadlines and budgets. Strong project management and planning skills that maximizes results
- Execute programs from start to finish, including measurement of programs effectiveness
- BS/BA or equivalent
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copywriting and short form blogging
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, flexible and a team player
