A virtual meeting room is your own exclusive, personal videoconferencing space. You'll get a unique web address (like "bluejeans.com/yourname"). Your virtual room is available to you at all times.
Joining a Blue Jeans meeting from Skype takes only seconds:

Most likely the invitations end up in their spam folder. They can "whitelist" invite@bluejeansnet.com to prevent invitations going to spam. The attached PDF provides how-to-whitelist instructions.
If your participants are behind a spam filtering service/company like Postini, make sure you have them log into their account on the service and search for @bluejeans.com or @bluejeansnet.com addresses as a source...then have them allow emails from both.
Blue Jeans Network supports the following Encryption and Security protocols:
Skype: AES 256bit Encryption. User public keys are certified by the Skype server at log in using 1536 or 2048-bit RSA certificates. H.323: Desktop and room based systems: H.235 V3 (AES-128)

Your virtual meeting room can be used by anyone you invite to a Blue Jeans meeting. Because you own the room, the default behavior is that meetings cannot begin until you enter the room and start the meeting. Your meeting attendees can connect using a room systems, Skype or just simple PSTN phone.
Participants can call into your meetings using just their phone. To send them the bridge information:

Blue Jeans Network uses the following TCP and UDP ports with the service. Here is a list of the ports and description of what the port ranges are used for:
TCP Port 1720 - H.225 Signaling for H.323
TCP Ports 5000-5999 - H.245 Call Control for H.323
UDP Ports 5000-5999 - RTP Media
These are the port settings we recommend opened if there are firewall rules in place. Many users have found no issues using Blue Jeans with their current firewall rules. If you should find issues connecting with our service, you may want to discuss opening the above mentioned ports with the firewall administrators.
If you have any further questions or need additional support please feel free to contact us at support@bluejeans.com

Blue Jeans service is completely free for meeting attendees and it will remain that way. Once we launch the service, meeting room host or moderator will be charged a monthly subscription fee. During the ongoing beta period, the service is free for everyone.
Participants can be presented three ways in the Active Meeting View. Make the selection from the Layouts tab in the Meeting Control Panel:
Moderators can "Push layout to all participants" by clicking the button at the bottom of the layouts tab.

Controlling the room system without the remote
If you're connecting using a room system such as Polycom, Tandberg, and/or Lifesize, you can use the web control panel as a remote control to change layout settings, invite and manage attendees, and share your screen. This can be done by entering the pairing code into the meeting's web application. The Pairing code is displayed when you first connect to the Blue Jeans service from the room system.

Steps to connect an H.323 Room System (such as Polycom, LifeSize or Tandberg) into a Blue Jeans meeting are:
Please email Blue Jeans support at support@bluejeans.com. Please be sure and send your letter from the same email address associated with your account. We'll follow up with you to confirm.
Our engineers have tested and recommend using a Skype call recorder product from Ecamm, available at ecamm.com/mac/callrecorder
You will need to enter the Blue Jeans meeting from your Skype client to use Ecamm.

You can connect using room systems in one of the following ways:
If you are not able to connect to Blue Jeans using your room system, the most likely cause is that your enterprise firewalls don't allow outbound video calling. Blue Jeans Network uses the following TCP and UDP ports with the service:

TCP Ports 5000-5999 - H.245 Call Control for H.323
UDP Ports 5000-5999 - RTP Media
These are the port settings we recommend opened if there are firewall rules in place. If you should find issues connecting with our service, you may want to discuss opening the above mentioned ports with the firewall administrators.

The easiest method is to use Skype's screen share functionality. 1) Click the icon on the call toolbar at the bottom of the Skype calling pane, then 2) select a window or show your entire screen. Your screen will be shared with all attendees. The screen layout will automatically change to a presentation-friendly mode.

The second way to share is to connect your laptop to a monitor in a room system.
To change your meeting room decor, click Settings, then Room Settings. You can update your Welcome Message or choose a new background image.

On the Codian MCU under the "Conferences" section, a user will select the specific Codian conference that they wish to cascade to the Blue Jeans meeting. In the screen shot below you will see the Codian meeting that was selected. In this conference a new participant will need to be created to represent the dial out to the Blue Jeans bridge.
This string allows the Codian MCU to dial out to the Blue Jeans Network and join the participants into the specified meetings.
It is important to understand that the Blue Jeans meeting will view the Codian meeting as one participant, as will the Codian will view the Blue Jeans as one participant.
